Delivery and Returns
ROMP LE MONDE offers domestic shipping through UPS. Once an order is placed, it is not able to be amended and our normal return policy will be in effect.
Once the order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays and we do not offer Saturday delivery at this time. We do not ship to PO boxes. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact UPS with your tracking number if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.

Processed within 1-5 business days. Delivered 1-5 business days after processing.
UPS 3-Day Select (*where available)
Processed within 1-3 business days. Delivered 3 business days after processing.
UPS Next Day Air
Processed within 1-2 business days. Delivered the next business day after processing.

The shipping cost for any international order will be displayed at checkout and will depend your location and chosen shipping method. Delivery timeline will depend on your chosen shipping method. Delivery times may exceed the estimate provided at the time of checkout due to location or unexpected delays in customs and clearance procedures.
ROMP LE MONDE is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred for orders entering your country. These costs are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and therefore, ROMP LE MONDE has no control over them. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

Processed within 1-3 days. Delivered approximately 2-5 days after processing.

ROMP LE MONDE aims to ensure its customers' satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free domestic returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, hygienic liners and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. ROMP LE MONDE reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
To start a return, log into your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from ROMP LE MONDE and copy the six-digit verification code included.
- Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note.
- Click Request return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After the item is returned, you will receive a refund.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

ALL SALE ITEMS and GIFT CARDS are FINAL sale. Items designated "Final Sale" on the product detail page are non-refundable. They may be returned for merchandise credit provided that they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above in RETURNS.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method as soon as possible and within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
